•Skilled Nursing Care Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Evening Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM

•10:30

PM No Weekends Pay Range:

$33.60

•$36.30 per hour

Shift Differentials:

Responsibilities include:

Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards Monitoring resident health and responding appropriately to changes in condition Making resident rounds to promote safety, comfort, and quality of care Documenting care accurately and communicating important updates to the interdisciplinary team Supervising and supporting nursing assistants while fostering teamwork and professional growth Assisting with admissions, transfers, discharges, assessments, and end-of-life care Supporting infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, respectful care Participating in team meetings and quality improvement efforts to ensure the highest standards of care Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License required Current CPR Certification required Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team Genuine compassion and a desire to serve older adults Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, safety, and quality of life Support for Fairmount Homes' mission, philosophy, and core values Why Fairmount Homes?
