Full Job Description Role:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in home health care, providing personalized patient care in clients' homes.
Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one care to clients of all ages and diagnoses, utilizing electronic charting and performing duties aligned with patient needs. Receive paid training, including simulation labs and on-the-job support, to ensure competency before shifts. Maintain electronic health records accurately. Provide preventive and supportive care tailored to individual conditions. Participate in ongoing training and utilize clinical support available 24/7.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid U.S. nursing license, graduated from a qualified nursing program, and ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, or overnights. Flexibility for PRN, part-time, or full-time work, with no weekend or minimum shift requirements.

Ensure quality patient care, adhere to safety and compliance standards, and support clients in the comfort of their homes. The role emphasizes flexibility, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.
