TRIAGE POSITION, 37.5
hours per week. Monday- Wednesday, 6 AM
- 6:30 PM.
BASE RATE OF
$30/HOUR for LPN positionsBASE RATE

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working independently and taking initiative and be committed to providing high-quality care for our individuals. The triage nurse will work collaboratively with our Direct Support Professionals and other healthcare professionals to support our individuals' needs, ensuring comfort and safety while adhering to established protocols and standards.Responsibilities include:
Answering medical questions Collaborating care with physicians and other medical professionals Communicating with families Performing in-person assessments Administering medication when needed Weekend on-call rotation Learn more about what it means to be part of the EHCA team, NURSINGATEH Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program or an approved Registered Nurse Program and certified to pass medications. Possess a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Access to a vehicle to use for work (mileage reimbursed at $.65 per mile) Benefits include: All positions are eligible for a matching 401K contribution 37.5 hours per week- vision, dental, and life insurance at no cost and medical insurance (for the employee) at $15 per pay period Paid Time Off
