Job Responsibilities As an LPN, you will provide quality nursing care to residents while working closely with the nursing and interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider. Perform nursing assessments and document patient/resident care accurately. Assist with wound care, treatments, and other nursing procedures as needed. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Follow facility policies, procedures, infection-control standards, and safety protocols. Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized care to each resident. Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergencies.

Requirements Required:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Minimum 1 year of LTC or SNF experience Current

BLS - AHA
