Our campus features a 90-bed Skilled Nursing Facility , a 33-bed Personal Care Facility , and six independent living cottages , all situated on a scenic 25-acre wooded campus surrounded by the breathtaking Allegheny National Forest. What You'll Do Working under the direction of the RN Supervisor, you will: Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered care while accurately documenting resident responses. Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the RN Supervisor. Transcribe physician orders and maintain accurate medical records within the PCC (Physician's Computer Company) electronic medical record system. Update resident care plans and communicate changes to the nursing team. Supervise Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care and compliance with State and Federal regulations. Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and treatments. Collect laboratory specimens and coordinate deliveries with appropriate documentation. Participate in resident transfers, admissions, discharges, and post-mortem procedures when necessary. Complete incident reports, monthly summaries, daily reports, and narcotic counts. Monitor documentation, infection control practices, and quality assurance activities. Assist with orientation of new nursing staff and support CNA team members as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Attend required meetings, in-services, and continuing education opportunities. Qualifications Required Current Pennsylvania LPN/LVN License or temporary PA work permit at the time of interview BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Excellent communication and documentation skills Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care Preferred 6 months to 1 year of nursing experience Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
