Oversee daily nursing activities performed by CNAs and LPNs. Administer and document medications, treatments, and resident responses. Assist with care planning, assessments, and updates to resident care plans. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and documentation standards. Support staff orientation, evaluations, and team conferences. Handle emergency situations with sound judgment. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment. What You Need Current Pennsylvania RN license. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, safety, and infection control. Excellent communication, observation, and leadership skills. Ability to accept written and verbal directives. Dedication to providing compassionate, resident-centered care. Ability to accept shift work, including night hours.
