Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with Medical Assistants (MAs) and providers to support daily patient care operations. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within our electronic health record system. Assist in monitoring practice-level quality measures and compliance standards. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania. A few years of experience in primary care, chronic disease management, or a related clinical setting preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Schedule & Compensation Part-time position with flexible scheduling. Compensation commensurate with experience. Potential for expanded responsibilities as the role grows.
