Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Monitor residents' health and document changes accurately. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members. Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for residents and families. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license in good standing. Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. A compassionate heart and commitment to providing excellent resident care.
