Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:
As a Hospice LPN, a vital part of the patient's care team is provided by the employee, offering skilled nursing care and support.
This includes tasks such as:
Administering medications and treatments Monitoring vital signs Assisting with wound care and personal care Educating patients and families Maintaining medical records Collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Also, provide emotional support and companionship, building genuine connections with patients. Who you are as a
Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse LPN:
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of end-of-life care principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational Compassion, empathy, and emotional resilience to provide comfort and support during end-of-life situations. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
