Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and care plans Monitor, record, and report changes in residents' conditions to the RN or physician Provide routine nursing care, including wound care, vital signs monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical recordsPerform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of LPN experience Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania Current CPR/BLS certification Who We Are?
