Job Description

Position:
Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location:
Sto-Rox Upper Elementary School Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM (20 hours/week) The Sto-Rox School District is seeking a caring, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the health and wellness needs of students at the Upper Elementary School. The LPN will work collaboratively with the district's Certified School Nurse and school staff to provide daily nursing coverage and support student health needs.
Responsibilities include:
Providing first aid and routine nursing care to students Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district procedures Supporting students with individualized medical and health needs Maintaining accurate student health documentation Responding to illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies Collaborating with the Certified School Nurse, families, and school personnel
Qualifications:
Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing Current CPR/AED certification Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to complete all required school clearances
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, during the school year (20 hours per week). Sto-Rox School District is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

From $19.76 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have a Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing? Do you have a Current CPR/AED certification? Are you able to complete all required school clearances? Do you have reliable transportation and are you available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM, during the school year (20 hours per week)?
