What You'll Do:

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team Accurately document care and maintain compliance Support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort

What You Need:

Active Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing (required) Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
