Role:
As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our nursing team. You will work nights, Monday through Sunday, supporting the health and well-being of our residents. We offer a 5000 sign on bonus for this role, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities Monitor and document patient conditions, identifying changes and reporting to the healthcare team Participate inInterdisciplinary care planning and collaborative goal-setting with the healthcare team Maintain accurate and complete records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with patients, families, and staff Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Demonstrate a commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, adhering to all policies and procedures
Requirements:
