Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, creating a welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will drive excellent customer service, support office management tasks, and contribute to the smooth daily functioning of our office. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer support skills in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Manage front desk operations including answering calls, routing inquiries, and handling general clerical tasks. Maintain organized files, update calendars, and assist with scheduling appointments for staff and clients. Support office management activities such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries accurately and efficiently while supporting client communication efforts. Assist with administrative tasks like typing correspondence, managing client records, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed. Qualifications Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client needs effectively. Proven experience in office management or front desk roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent computer literacy. Previous clerical experience including phone answering, filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent interpersonal skills for client communication and customer support roles. Pay:
$10.00 - $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
