Pennsylvania Agency of Nurses (PAN) is actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to clients in their homes throughout Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Philadelphia Counties, including the Main Line area. Position Overview As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care tailored to each client's individual needs while helping them remain safe and comfortable at home. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care in accordance with the client's care plan Assess, monitor, and document client condition and progress and report any changes in status to Supervisor Administer medications and treatments as ordered Provide a continuous quality standard of care Collaborate with physicians, families, and care team members Educate clients and family members regarding care needs Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting Adhere to home care regulations Schedule Availability Needed We have an ongoing need for nurses and encourage you to apply if you can provide either/or: 36+ hours per week 12 hour day shift availability 4-8 hour evening availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability (high priority) Weekend clinicians and applicants with consistent availability are especially preferred.
