Responsibilities:

Lead the way using the Nurse Practice Act, LH Standards, Policies and Procedures, and sound nursing judgment Delivers nursing care to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care Assesses residents, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the resident's care Implements the resident plan of care and evaluates the resident response Directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
