Position Details The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care and medication management services to individuals residing in a Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR). The LPN is responsible for monitoring residents' physical and mental health needs, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care with healthcare providers, and supporting recovery-oriented services. This position works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote resident health, safety, independence, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Graduate of an accredited program and possess a valid PALicensed Practical Nurse licensure- required.
1 year of psychiatric mental health paid or volunteer experience required.
Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles, and recovery driven service system required.
Valid Driver's License required.
All Clearances required by OMHSAS regulations.
