Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $20,000 Sign-On Bonus - Evening & Overnight Crawford Care Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Full-Time opportunities with a $20,000 sign-on bonus available for select shifts. Sign-On Bonus Eligibility Full-Time LPNs hired into:
- 3p-11p
- 11p-7a Bonus paid bi-weekly over 2 years. Available to new full-time hires only. Not eligible for previous employees or agency staff. Limited positions available. Additional LPN Shifts Available

- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
- Monitor and assess resident conditions
- Respond appropriately to changes in condition and emergencies
- Communicate with physicians, supervisors, and families
- Complete documentation accurately and timely
- Participate in facility education and in-service programs Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment
- Effective communication and leadership abilities All candidates must pass pre-employment screening and PA Criminal Background Check in accordance with the PA Older Adult Protection Act.
