10:15pm•06:00am , 40hrs a week, every other weekend LPN Role Description Deliver direct, hands-on care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician Administer prescribed medications and treatments Monitor patient status and report changes to the supervising nurse or provider Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition Collect vital signs and document care accurately in the EMR Support a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all patients and staff Additional Requirements Ability to perform routine physical tasks and stand for extended periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts as needed Additional training may be required.
