Location:
Somerset, PA At ViaQuest Hospice we take a holistic approach, offering services to treat the physical, emotional and mental needs of our patients and their loved ones. Apply today and make a difference in the lives of the patients we serve!
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting RNs or Physicians in performing specialized procedures, duties and plan of care items. Administering and instructing administration of medication. Maintaining current patient records and progress notes. Maintaining regular communication with RN concerning patient and family care needs.
Requirements for this position include:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. LPN license. Nursing or patient care experience preferably within Hospice specialty. Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
