Description
Sthenos Technologies is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for evening shift (1 PM-9:30 PM) at OCYF South Mountain Secure Treatment Unit. LPNs provide direct nursing care within LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, monitor and report changes in resident status, perform routine procedures, and complete accurate documentation.
Requirements:
active PA LPN license in good standing; current BLS/CPR; long-term care or institutional experience preferred. This is a full-time, W-2 contract position through Sthenos Technologies, working on-site at OCYF South Mountain Secure Treatment Unit. Sthenos Technologies is the employer of record and pay is processed weekly.
Pay:
$38-$44 per hour, paid weekly. Credentialing completed through Sthenos before start: active PA LPN license in good standing; current BLS/CPR (AHA); government-issued photo ID; PA State Police criminal background check (ePATCH); FBI fingerprint clearance; PA Child Abuse History Clearance; pre-employment physical; TB screening; immunization and flu records; professional references; pre-employment drug screen.
