Details Work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) at a non-profit, critical access hospital Scheduled for night shifts, 5x8 hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend Uses Point Click Care charting system May be expected to work charge May be required to float in rotation with facility staff according to floating policies and experience level Requirements Current

license required in-hand prior to start (license required if applicable) Experience with Point Click Care charting system not required Two professional references required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers will be considered for this position Accepts local candidates at the same rate Some holiday coverage expected Requested time off (RTO) must be approved before assignment start and confirmed in the work order confirmation (WOC) Floating will be conducted in accordance with Joint Commission standards, including appropriate orientation to the new unit
