Premium Program Rate:
$31.00/hour Southminster Place is the personal care community on our Washington, PA campus. At Southminster Place, daily programs and activities provide residents with the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual support best suited to their individual needs. A variety of team members assist our residents with medication monitoring, personal hygiene and grooming, dining services, housekeeping, and laundry. This fosters our residents' independence, protects dignity, and respects personal choices. The Personal Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates and supports the individualized service plans for community residents. The role provides leadership and direction for direct support caregivers and other community team members to ensure quality of care and services are provided. LPN:
  • Holds an LPN license in good standing from the State of PA Maintains CPR Certification per policy Ability to work well with people and show enthusiasm and motivation Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and medical records software Desire to contribute to our compassionate, resident-focused culture and effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members LPNs with experience in Personal Care/Assisted Living and Dementia Care are preferred.
