Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including basic assessments, medication administration, and treatments within scope of practice Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the RN or provider Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Job Requirements At least 1 year of LPN experience required. 1 year of corrections experience. Current, unencumbered PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current BLS certification Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19 Who We Are?
