Job Duties:
Deliver high-quality nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and attending physician. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) while promoting teamwork and excellent resident care. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, infection prevention practices, and facility policies. Foster a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and their families. Qualifications Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. CPR certification (or ability to obtain). #
