What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care. Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.

Requirements:

Active nursing license: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Valid

AHA-BLS CPR

course completion (Infant, Child & Adult

FBI and Child Abuse Clearances:
