Position Responsibilities:
Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans, physician orders, and community policies. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents' health status and communicate changes to appropriate team members. Complete accurate documentation and maintain resident records. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers to support resident needs. Assist with care coordination and ensure residents receive compassionate, individualized care. Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and team members.Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Previous assisted living, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Schedule:
