Job Description
Good Samaritan Hospice, an entity of Concordia Lutheran Ministries , is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care and support to patients in our Inpatient Unit located in Wexford .
Position Summary:
The Hospice LPN will play an essential role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and support for patients and their families. The Hospice LPN offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference. The Hospice LPN position is a Full time position working (3)- 12 hour shifts, includes daylights, nights (7 pm to 7 am), weekends and holiday rotation.
