Job Description
GLC Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/Per Diem shifts at an SNF/LTC facility in Worthington, PA.
Pay & Schedule:
Hourly Rate:
$40 Weekly Pay- Every Friday Flexible PRN shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document residents' health status and changes in condition. Provide direct nursing care and support with daily living activities. Assess residents and report concerns to the RN, physician, or care team. Develop, implement, and update resident care plans. Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and support staff. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions. Educate residents and families on care plans and health needs. Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Requirements:
Active LPN license in Pennsylvania Minimum 1 year of recent LTC/SNF experience BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferredCOVID-19
