- Provide routine nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering injections, and managing wound care.
- Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in patient status to Registered Nurses or physicians promptly.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Document all nursing care and patient information accurately and timely.
- Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain compliance with infection control standards and healthcare regulations. Requirements
- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.

- Strong knowledge of nursing care practices, medication administration, and patient safety protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
