UPMC's Regional Health Services is seeking an LPN to join their team! This position will work as part of the central refill team at Seneca Place, with the opportunity to work from home. This full-time position will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm. No holidays, evenings or weekends are required. Candidates who are comfortable working independently are encouraged to apply! Eligible candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 with a 2-year commitment to UPMC.

Responsibilities:

Draw blood. Comply with requirements of appropriate regulatory agencies (i.e.

OSHA, CLIA, PA

Department of Health). Administer medications including oral, SQ, IM and IV drip. Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures and treatments. Assess patient's general condition and take vital signs and weight. Comply with all policies and procedures. Perform IV therapy under direction of Registered Nurse. Document all activities/interventions, patient/family responses, medication dispensed/prescribed, etc., in the medical record. Maintain strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data. Promote wellness by providing patient education materials, communicating physician advice/instructions.
