Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 2nd shift. We are seeking a strong, dependable LPN to join our Assisted Living team. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, the ability to complete daily nursing responsibilities efficiently, and strong collaboration with fellow nurses and care staff

Schedule:

8-hour days(40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and provide nursing care within LPN scope of practice in an Assisted Living setting Complete daily nursing duties accurately and on time Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes appropriately Use email and electronic documentation for clear, timely communication Work collaboratively with other nurses and care staff Delegate tasks to staff when appropriate and ensure follow-through Respond to emergencies and support resident safety Report directly to the

Wellness Director Qualifications:
