Duties & Responsibilities:

Implement and evaluate patient needs utilizing the nursing process under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with diverse cultural backgrounds as well as varying ages pertinent to their assigned areas. Provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families through collaboration with all team members. The Staff LPN establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians, other health care providers, patients and their families, to achieve desired patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.

Qualifications:

Licensed as Practical Nurse in South Carolina. BLS preferred, or successful completion of a hospital-provided BLS course within 90 days of hire.
