Job Description
Job Summary Heavenly Divine Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing services to a pediatric client in the home setting in Cheraw, South Carolina . This is a night-shift position providing approximately 21 hours of care per week . The selected nurse must be dependable and committed to providing safe, compassionate, and professional care throughout the overnight shift. Duties Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric client in the home setting. Monitor the client's condition and report changes appropriately. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within the nurse's scope of practice. Follow the physician's plan of care and agency policies. Provide education and support to the client and family. Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional care environment. Requriments Must hold a current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the State of South Carolina . Must have previous pediatric nursing experience. Home health or private-duty nursing experience is preferred. Must be comfortable providing care during night/overnight hours . Must demonstrate strong clinical judgment and attention to detail. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work independently. Must maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Must communicate effectively with the client, family, physicians, and care team. Current CPR certification is preferred/required as applicable to the assignment.
