Nights, 3x12 (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Responsibilities Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment, ensuring prompt response to abnormal findings. Administer medications, including IV infusions, following established protocols and physician orders. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and documentation of clinical observations. Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization, venipuncture, and sterile dressing changes. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide patient education on medication administration, disease management, and post-discharge instructions. Support emergency response efforts by managing airway obstructions, performing basic life support (BLS), and assisting in acute care situations. Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed during all patient interactions. Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for long-term or post-acute patients.
Requirements:
Active South Carolina LPN/LVN License Minimum 2 years of Telemetry/PCU experience BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Pay:
$1,350.00 - $1,650.00 per week
