The Weekend Only Plan (Baylor plan) is a staffing schedule designated for LPN teammates that work weekends only.

• Work two 12/hr shifts (24 hours) Sat/Sun - paid for 36 hours
• Day shift is 7a-7p. Night shift is 7p-7a.
• Eligible for Full-time benefits.

We are currently recruiting for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) (LPNs for our Weekend Only Plan-Baylor plan) in our Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. The LPN is responsible for insuring and providing quality and consistent resident care. The LPN provides personal care to the residents, including routine nursing care in accordance with facility policy and procedures.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an LPN in the State of South Carolina Knowledge of the principles, methods, and standards of professional nursing Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff Able to give suitable instructions and assignments to employees and supervise employee performance Familiar with the organization, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility as they relate to nursing services Knowledge of the practice of Gerontological Nursing Must be a team player Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, turning, moving and transporting residents Come join our team and find personal and professional satisfaction as you share your talents and skills with us.
