Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Fleetwood Post Acute - Easley, SC $28-$32/hour + Up to $6/hr Shift Diff | Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling About Us Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina—just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro area. What We Offer Competitive pay:
$28-$32/hour Up to $6/hour shift differential Up to $10,000 in nursing school loan repayment Next-day pay available upon request Flexible scheduling options Multiple healthcare plan options 401(k) with company match Birthday PTO Supportive, team-oriented work environment Position Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will provide direct nursing care and support residents' overall health and well-being while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team Supervise and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
