Job Overview:

Caring For Others is a growing home health angency that take pride in providing quality care to patients with various needs. We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our healthcare team and have a positive impact on our patients.

Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal
• Assist in patient assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans

Skills:

• Experience in sterile processing techniques
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Familiarity with primary care principles
• Competence in inhalation therapy
• Experience with administering medications via a gastrojejunostomy (GJ) tube
• Experience assisting with ADLs
