What You'll Do:

Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents Administer and supervise medications accurately and on time Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team Document care and physician orders in the EHR Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to Med Techs and Nursing Assistants Respond to emergencies and support resident-centered care

Requirements:
