Come Experience the Difference of working as a LPN for an Employee Owned Company! 12 Hour Shifts (7pm - 7am) (Full & Part Time Positions Available) LPN's make frequent rounds to verify that appropriate nursing care (according to established policies and procedures) is provided; note any changes in a residents condition; intervene to correct any problems observed. Supervision of CNAs on your Unit. Renders skilled nursing care and services to residents. Observes and reports resident signs/symptoms and changes in condition in a timely manner to the Supervisor, MD, and Responsible Party Administers and documents medication/treatments as ordered per MD as indicated Assumes responsibility for safe administration and documentation of medications and treatments. Maintains accurate and complete records of resident condition and care/services.
