Medical terminology Full Job Description Overview The B-12 Store Mount Pleasant is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team part-time! As part of our wellness clinic, you'll help patients improve their health through vitamin injections, wellness therapies, and exceptional patient care — all in a positive, team-focused environment. Health assessments are conducted through a third-party provider, so your focus will be on patient care, injections, and delivering an outstanding client experience. Responsibilities Active South Carolina LPN license Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies while managing medical records and documentation. Respond promptly to urgent situations by providing first aid, airway management, or emergency interventions aligned with Basic Life Support (BLS) standards. Outstanding patient care and communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Passion for health, wellness, and helping others Skills Valid LPN license with current certification; experience working in long-term care facilities or skilled nursing settings preferred. Strong knowledge of nursing practices including medication administration and sterile techniques. Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and physiology to support comprehensive patient assessments. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

PM Compensation:
