Responsibilities include:
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate provider. Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, treatments, and clinical interventions. Accurately complete nursing documentation and maintain resident medical records. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care. Ensure resident rights, dignity, privacy, and safety are maintained at all times. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
