Responsibilities include:
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate provider. Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, treatments, and clinical interventions. Accurately complete nursing documentation and maintain resident medical records. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care. Ensure resident rights, dignity, privacy, and safety are maintained at all times. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. What We're Looking For Current South Carolina RN or LPN License (Required) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to quality care Hiring Requirements Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screening Work Setting Skilled Nursing Facility Long-Term Care Rehabilitation Center Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.
