We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care in a resident-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Assessing residents, developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Collaborating with healthcare team members and communicating care plans effectively. Providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents and their families. Teaching residents and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care. Maintaining safety standards, infection control, and proper medication procedures. Managing resident care equipment, supplies, and coordinating admissions, discharges, and transfers. Supervising workflow of nursing staff and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active nursing license (LPN or RN) in the state of practice. Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. Preferred 1-3 years of clinical or long-term care experience. Ability to perform essential functions with adequate visual acuity and hearing.
