1 Description American Traveler is seeking an LPN for a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification. Details Long-term care/skilled nursing facility with 42 beds Patient population includes long-term care, memory care, dementia, and orthopedic cases with no current behavioral risks Nurse-to-patient ratio of 2 nurses during days/evenings and 1 nurse overnight Uses Point Click Care (PCC) as the charting system Shifts include Day (6a-2p/6a-6p) and Evening (2p-10p), a combination of 8- and 12-hour shifts Requires every other weekend and every other holiday coverage 36 guaranteed hours per week with overtime availability Requirements Active LPN license required if applicable Minimum 2 years of experience required BLS certification required Point Click Care (PCC) EMR experience preferred Valid driver's license required for consideration Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility Additional Information Provide nursing care in a post-acute, long-term care setting Location-specific orientation covering building layout and lift equipment, approximately 2-4 hours No on-call or call-back requirements Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate 80-mile radius rule applies for travel rate eligibility
