1 Description American Traveler is hiring an LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, working 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekend and holiday coverage. Details Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 44 beds Patient population includes those with dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, and CHF Night shift nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:44; day shift ratio of 1:22 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekend and holiday coverage Charting system: MatrixCare (Matrix) On-campus orientation provided Requirements Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable Minimum 1 year of LPN/LVN experience required Current BLS certification required Two professional references required: one from a supervisor within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and one from a peer or supervisor in the position's specialty within the last 3 years All certifications must be active at time of consideration — no pending certifications accepted Availability for rotating weekends and holiday coverage Additional Information Candidates with a permanent address within 80 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate adjustment Travelers with previous employment at any Sanford Health location must disclose that history for consideration No on-call or call-back shifts are available for this position
