Guaranteed:

48 hours/week

Start Date:

ASAP (approximately 2 weeks from offer, pending compliance) Facility housing may be available (based on availability)

Pay Package:

$2,240 gross per week (based on 48 hours)

Blended Hourly Rate:

$45.60/hr (

Base Pay:

$15.00/hr + Hourly stipend: $30.60)

Taxable Weekly Pay:

$600

Non-Taxable Weekly Stipend:

$1,224

Requirements:

Active LPN license Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred Ability to complete required compliance, background check, and drug screening before the start date

Important Information:

The facility will conduct its own background check and drug screen in addition to your agency's required screenings. Facility screening results typically take 7-10 business days to process.
