- Flat rate $35.00/hr Must work 72 hours in a 6 week schedule (equates to 624 hours annually, not to exceed 1248 hours in a 12 month period) Must work 6 weekend shifts per year 3 years LPN experience required

- A Brief Overview
- Performs a focused nursing assessment including gathering and recording assessment data, observing, monitoring, and reporting signs, symptoms, and changes in a patient's condition in an ongoing manner to the RN or supervising health care provider.
- What you will do
- + Practices nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other health care provider authorized by the state.
