Required Experience:
1.5+ years as LPN; palliative care experience highly preferredRequired Certifications/Licenses:
- Active LPN license
- BLS certification
- COVID vaccination card
- Driver's License
Other Requirements:
- Updated resume
- Two supervisory references
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Ability to request up to 7 days off (if needed)
