•7,500 Sign-On Bonus Available•DAY shift positions available!! Donalson Care Center is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Nursing Home facility in a full-time position. The basic purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nurse technicians.

Essential Functions:

Demonstrate the skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plan of care, nursing intervention, and procedures as necessary for the care of the resident. Identify resident care problems and communicates them to RN. Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care. Perform all responsibilities/duties required by the LPN position in the scope of service. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Details:

Full-time 3x12 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Rotating weekends Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Qualifications and Skills:

State of Tennessee licensure (or eligible) as a Licensed Practical Nurse Experience in a long-term care facility preferred
