LPN | field nurse | Home Health | Madison County area Love Nursing. Love Your Independence. Love Making a Difference. Responsibilities include:
Providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the RN and physician Educating patients and caregivers on medications, disease management, and safety Accurately documenting visits in the electronic medical record Communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes independence and quality of life Qualifications Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Associate degree in nursing (minimum requirement) Current driver's license and dependable transportation with liability insurance CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and HIPAA compliance Ability to work respectfully with patients from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of cognitive ability Benefits Volunteer Home Care offers an excellent benefits package, including: Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Aflac supplemental insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Tap-to-pay paycheck on demand Supportive leadership and collaborative clinical team Opportunities for professional growth Why Volunteer Home Care?
